1. Capacity from 50L to 3000L is available.

2. Temperature control system, can adjust and maintain the melting temperature of the chocolate (the specific temperature depends on the type of chocolate), so that the chocolate remains stable in the appropriate temperature range. Digital display, more intuitive.

3. Fully jacketed.

4. Made of food-grade SS304 or SS316 stainless steel, easy to clean and pasteurize, safe and durable.

5. Equipped with a stirring paddle to make the chocolate melt more evenly.

6. Stainless steel ball or butterfly valve outlet for selection.
