Ice Cream Aging Tank

Snowball Machinery® ice cream aging tank is used for storage and aging of ice cream mixture. Ice cream mixture that has passed through the ice cream pro-mix plant is cooled down and then enters ice cream aging tanks for low-temperature storage and aging.

1. It can increase the viscosity of the mixture, which is conducive to improving the overrun (expansion rate)of continuous freezing.

2. Prevents the mixture from forming larger ice crystals when it freezes.

3. Shorten the time of continuous freezing operation.

4. Improve the organizational structure of ice cream products.

4. The inner surface can be polished. Minimizing the potential for product build-up and facilitating easy cleaning and maintenance also optional.

5. Customized inclined or tapered bottom.
